Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation of your order, confirming your purchase and detailing the items you have ordered.
Payment
You can pay with your credit card or Paypal account. All payments are processed through Paypal or Stripe. Your credit card details are not revealed to us, and are never stored on our server or database. For further information on the payment process via Paypal or Stripe.
Delivery
All orders will be posted with tracking.
The carrier we choose may vary depending on the size of the item and from one order to another. We will inform you as soon as possible of the tracking number as well as the chosen carrier.
You can choose which type of delivery you prefer.
The time taken to receive your order will vary according to the shipping method used.
Please be aware that the delivery times for international orders may differ significantly from one country to another. If you haven't received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will provide further guidance.
Returns policy
